How check-ins work

Simple rules

You get 30 check-ins at the start of each billing period. They reset on your renewal date. Unused monthly check-ins don't roll over.
We use your monthly check-ins first, then any you bought.
When you start a check, we set its check-ins aside. If the check can't finish, they go back to your balance automatically.
Check-ins have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.
Costs are always shown on each check before you start.

Billing

The fine print, in plain words

Subscription: Upstanding Monthly. Length: 1 month. Price: $9.99 per month, plus any applicable tax. Includes 30 check-ins each month.
Payment: charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancel anytime: on iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Upstanding (manage on Apple). On Android, open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Upstanding (manage on Google Play). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
After you cancel: you keep access and your remaining monthly check-ins until the end of the period you already paid for.
Price changes: we'll tell you before a new price applies, as Apple and Google require, and you can cancel before it does.
