Refund Policy

Last updated October 16, 2026 · Effective October 16, 2026

1. Bought on iPhone (App Store)

Apple processes all App Store payments, so Apple decides App Store refunds. We can't refund them ourselves.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Choose "Request a refund", pick the reason, and select the Upstanding purchase.
  3. Apple will tell you its decision, usually within a few days.

2. Bought on Android (Google Play)

We refund where the law requires it, and where something went wrong on our side, for example you were charged but couldn't use the Service.

3. Check-ins for checks that don't finish

When you start a check, we set its check-ins aside. If the check can't finish, for any reason on our side, the check-ins go back to your balance automatically.

If a report finishes but is clearly broken because of a problem on our side (for example parts are missing or it shows the wrong exercise), contact Support from the report and we'll look into restoring the check-ins.

4. Canceling is not the same as a refund

Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access and your remaining monthly check-ins until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused days or unused monthly check-ins, unless the law requires it or Apple or Google grant one. See how to cancel.

5. Check-in packs

Packs bought in the app are refunded by Apple or Google, as above. If a pack is refunded, the check-ins from that pack that you haven't used are removed from your balance.

If a subscription payment is refunded, the monthly check-ins from that period are removed too.

6. Your rights under the law

This policy doesn't take away any refund rights you have under the laws of your state.
